Return Policy

We will accept customer returns that meet the following criteria:

Item(s) was purchased in last 30 days
Item(s) show no signs of use
Item(s) in the condition in which it was received

To Complete Your Return We Require:

Require Proof of Purchase (Receipt)
Written Reason for Return
All returns must be sent via UPS - If wanting to use Parcel Post (USPS) you must have prior authorization from our E-Commerce Department.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges required for all returns.  We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned.  Ilco will credit/refund said shipping charges if the return is the result of our error.

Damaged Goods

In the case that there is damaged goods upon arrival, we will be needing picture confirmation.  Please take an image and contact our E-Commerce department at with image & order information.  From here ILCO will work with you to meet your immediate needs and start a claims process with shipping company.
